Kevin R. Grazier, Ph.D.  is a planetary physicist, educator, author, and internationally recognized science communicator whose career has bridged cutting-edge space exploration with film and television. He recently served as Research Professor and Outreach Coordinator at the United States Military Academy at West Point, where he led research initiatives in space weather and innovation while teaching physics and developing science communications programs.

Previously, Dr. Grazier spent more than fifteen years at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory as a Research Scientist on the historic Cassini-Huygens mission to Saturn and Titan, where he contributed to spacecraft operations, mission planning, and planetary science research. His work has also included positions with NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center, Masten Space Systems, and numerous research institutions focused on planetary dynamics, meteoroid dynamics, and computational physics.

Beyond academia and aerospace, Dr. Grazier is widely known as one of Hollywood's leading science consultants. He has advised numerous acclaimed television series and feature films, helping ensure scientific accuracy while making complex ideas accessible to global audiences. A graduate of UCLA's Writers’ Program in Television Writing, he has also authored and edited several bestselling books exploring the intersection of science and popular culture, including The Hollyweird Science series, The Science of Battlestar Galactica, and The Science of Dune.

An award-winning educator and sought-after public speaker, Dr. Grazier has dedicated his career to inspiring curiosity about science through research, storytelling, and education.
