Eva DiIanni-Miller is a Senior Manager at Capital One, a leading financial services company dedicated to using innovation and technology to expand financial access. Eva leads a team managing the strategy and operations behind innovative financial and software products for small and medium-sized businesses. In prior roles, she led enterprise strategy, including the development of a $265B commitment to lending and philanthropic grants supporting affordable housing, small business lending, greater access to credit, and community development. An anthropologist by training, Eva's earlier work centered on ethnographic analysis of political organizing in the United States and South Africa. Outside of work, she is a member of a community pottery studio in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, where she takes a multimedia approach to her ceramics, and she is the founder of Snapazoo, a creative occupational-therapy toy for children. Eva lives in Brooklyn, New York.
